Who we are

FormFlow (formflowyourllc.com) operates a business platform for invoicing, payments, customers, jobs, accounting, marketing tools, websites, and related LLC formation services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, form an LLC, send marketing email, or use the workspace: name, email, phone, business details, customer and invoice records you enter, support messages, and payment-related details. For Sola merchant onboarding, you may submit business, owner, tax ID, and banking information that is sent to Sola for underwriting; FormFlow does not store full Social Security numbers or full bank account numbers from that boarding form after submission to Sola. Card payment data is tokenized through Sola iFields and is not stored as full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate FormFlow: run your workspace, prepare formation documents, process plan and invoice payments, keep your books, send transactional and (where permitted) marketing emails, improve the product, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payments and processors

Plan billing and customer invoice card payments are processed by Sola Payments (Cardknox). FormFlow stores payment identifiers needed to match a payment to an invoice or subscription, apply fees, and keep the ledger accurate. Legacy Stripe identifiers may still appear on older records. We do not store bank passwords. Optional bank connections, when available, use a dedicated provider (such as Plaid) and are not marked connected until that connection succeeds.

Emails, marketing, and unsubscribe

We send emails because you subscribed, created an account, did business with us, or visited our websites — and we say so in the footer of every email. New website email captures use double opt-in: you receive a confirmation link immediately, and only after you confirm do we mark you confirmed and create a Lead in FormFlow. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link (formflowyourllc.com/unsubscribe). You can opt out of marketing anytime. We may still send transactional messages required to operate your account or complete a transaction (receipts, invoices, password resets, security notices). Workspace owners who send marketing through FormFlow are responsible for having permission to email their recipients and for honoring opt-outs they receive.

Subscriptions and billing data

When you choose Solo, Team, or Growth, we store your selected plan, subscription status, processing fee rate, and related billing metadata so we can provide the service you paid for and show accurate limits in the product.

Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Card entry uses Sola iFields designed for PCI-aware tokenization. FormFlow is hosted on Vercel; application data is stored in managed Neon Postgres with encrypted database connections. Optional bank links use Plaid and do not store bank passwords. Sign-in uses secured sessions with role-based access and rate limiting. We implement industry-standard security measures appropriate to a hosted SaaS product. Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and the site secure. Analytics cookies (pages viewed, referrer, campaign tags) run only after you Accept all on our cookie banner. You may choose Essential only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for cross-site ads. Contact details are never invented from a visit — if you leave an email or phone, we email a confirmation link before adding you as a confirmed lead.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. Use support chat or your dashboard to make a request. We will respond within 30 days where required. Marketing opt-out is available at /unsubscribe.

Children

FormFlow is intended for business users and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
