Services Provided

FormFlow (formflowyourllc.com) provides a business platform for customers, jobs, invoices, payments, accounting/bookkeeping, scheduling, marketing email, websites, and related tools. FormFlow also provides document preparation and filing assistance for LLC formation and related services. Formation services do not create an attorney-client relationship. FormFlow is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Plans and subscriptions

FormFlow offers paid workspace plans (currently Solo, Team, and Growth). Plan prices, included seats, invoice limits, and the processing fee percentage are shown on the Pricing page before you pay. Plan billing is processed through Sola Payments (card checkout). Your subscription stays active while payment succeeds under the terms shown at checkout. You may change plans from Billing in your dashboard when that option is available. Cancelling stops future renewal charges according to the billing cycle shown at checkout; you keep access through the paid period already purchased unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Invoicing and merchant payments (Sola)

After you pay for a FormFlow plan, you can use the workspace. To create and send customer invoices with FormFlow payment links, you must complete Sola merchant onboarding (business, owner, and banking information). Sola may approve applications automatically or after review, typically within about 60 seconds to 24 hours. Invoice card payments are processed by Sola. FormFlow applies the processing fee stored on your plan (currently 1.5%) to invoice payments collected through FormFlow. Invoices are marked paid only after the payment processor confirms the payment. Partial payments, refunds (where supported), and payment history follow the records in your workspace.

Accounts and the workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, including customer, invoice, banking, tax, and formation details, and for information you submit to payment processors such as Sola. You must keep your login credentials secure and may not share your account in a way that violates these terms. One login currently runs one primary workspace unless we expressly provide otherwise.

Pricing & fees

Subscription prices are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Website packages and hosting fees are shown on the Websites / Pricing pages. State filing fees for LLC formation are set by each state's Secretary of State (or equivalent) and are passed through at cost when applicable. All fees we control are displayed before checkout. State fees are typically non-refundable once submitted to the state.

Refund Policy

If we have not yet submitted your LLC filing to the state, you may request a refund of our processing fee within 48 hours of ordering. Card payments for FormFlow plans, website hosting, and most services are non-refundable once approved — the amount you pay (including the 2.9% + $0.30 card transaction fee) is final. Merchant/payment-processor disputes and chargebacks are handled under the processor's rules (including Sola). For refund requests that may still apply to unfiled LLC work, use support chat on our website or message us through your dashboard.

Emails and communications

We send transactional emails required to operate your account (for example receipts, invoice notices, password resets, and security alerts). We may also send marketing or product updates if you subscribed, created an account, did business with us, or visited our websites. Every email includes a footer explaining why you received it and a link to unsubscribe from marketing emails. Unsubscribing stops promotional mail; required transactional messages may still be sent.

Acceptable use

You may not use FormFlow to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications; to process payments for prohibited goods or services; or to abuse the platform, APIs, or email systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for FormFlow, our processors, or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormFlow's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for delays caused by state agencies, payment processors (including Sola), banks, incorrect information you provide, third-party outages, or business decisions made based on our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
